Custom Creations Process:
Send us an email with a description of what you’re looking to have made to StoneArchGlass@gmail.com. If you have any drawings or image references, include those in your email. Try to include things like color and size preferences, what kind of budget you’re working with, when you need the item by if you have a deadline, and any other specifications you have in mind.
From there if you would like to stop into the studio and chat with someone about the details of the custom creation you have in mind, please feel free to inquire about scheduling an appointment with us!
Once we’ve assessed the labor and materials involved in making your custom creation, we will provide you with a price quote range. It can take up to a week to provide a quote and establish the best-suited glassblower on our staff for your project.
Custom creations require a down payment of half the total cost of the item, which we can accept in-person or over the phone. The down payment is non-refundable. When the item is finished and ready for you to take home, then we collect the second half.
